How to Enter: There are two (2) ways to Enter as follows during the Promotion Period:
Via Purchase: During each Weekly Entry Period, you must make a qualifying purchase at any participating Little Caesars (which excludes Kmart, stadium, and Little Caesars Express and concept locations), or online at littlecaesars.com or on the Little Caesars app (the “app”), then visit summersweeps.littlecaesars.com (the “Website”) during that same Weekly Entry Period, and follow the instructions to complete the registration form (including your complete name, city, state, zip code and a valid email address) and upload either your physical in-store receipt or enter your online digital receipt code showing your qualifying purchase made during that applicable Weekly Entry Period only in order to receive one (1) entry (the “Purchase Entry”) into the applicable Weekly Entry Period’s random drawing in accordance with the Entry Chart below. For the avoidance of doubt, you must make the purchase and submit your Purchase Entry during the same Weekly Entry Period in order to receive a valid Purchase Entry. Qualifying Purchase excludes order-online-pay-in-store orders, purchases of gift cards and purchases made through third-party online sites. In order to make a purchase on the app, you must create an account on the app (if you do not already have one). There is no cost associated with creating a Little Caesars account on the app.
Via Mail-in: Without making a purchase, on a plain piece of 3” x 5” paper, as an eligible entrant, you must hand-print your complete name, street address (no P.O. Boxes), city, state, zip code, valid email address and a line that states, “I attest that I am 18 years of age or older” and then mail it in a hand-addressed, business-size (#10) envelope with first-class postage affixed, to: Summer of HOT-N-READY Giveaways & Getaways, P.O. Box 7775, Melville, NY 11775-7775 (“Mail-in Entry”) to receive one (1) entry into the applicable Weekly Entry Period’s random drawing in accordance with the Entry Chart below.
All entrants must have a valid email address, which must be provided to Sponsor at time of Entry.
Collectively, Purchase Entries and Mail-in Entries will be referred to as (“Entries”). There is a limit of one (1) Entry per person per day, regardless of method of Entry, totaling seven (7) Entries per Weekly Entry Period and a maximum of 98 Entries per person overall, regardless of method of Entry/Entries. Each Receipt may only be used one time for a valid Entry and all subsequent Purchase Entries must use separate Receipts applicable during each Weekly Entry Period only. Weekly Entries will not be carried forward to subsequent Weekly Entry Periods, but will be included in the Little Caesars Prize (the “Little Caesars Prize”) drawing at the end of the Promotion Period. The only exception to this is that any Mail-in Entry that is postmarked for any Monday (June 3, 2024 or later) during the Promotion Period will be entered into that previous Weekly Entry Period and the next Weekly Entry Period so it will count as two (2) total Entries for that Entrant’s total Entry allotment. The person uploading or mailing in the Entry will be deemed the entrant (the “Entrant”). Use of any automated or computer system to participate online is prohibited and will result in disqualification. Normal Internet/phone access and data/usage charges imposed by your online/phone service may apply.
Random Drawings: Weekly winners will be selected on or about the Random Drawing Dates indicated in the Entry Chart below, from among all eligible Entries received for each Weekly Entry Period’s Drawing. The Little Caesars Prize winner will be selected in a separate drawing on or about the Little Caesars Prize Random Drawing Date indicated in the Entry Chart below, from among all eligible Entries received during the Promotion Period. Odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible Entries received for each applicable drawing. Drawings will be conducted by Administrator, an independent judging organization, whose decisions are final and binding on all matters relating to this Promotion.

Weekly Food Prizes: In addition to the Weekly Prizes, there will be weekly food prizes (“Weekly Food Prizes”) (that must be redeemed online at participating stores through LittleCaesars.com or through the app, as described below). Additional details for Weekly Prizes will be provided during winner verification. Specific Weekly Food Prize per winner will be determined by Sponsor. The total ARV of all Prizes is up to $3,345,641.48. Limit one (1) Weekly Prize and Little Caesars Prize per person/email address/family/household for the entire Promotion Period. Limit one (1) Weekly Food Prize per person/email address/family/household per Weekly Entry Period. Weekly Food Prizes will be fulfilled via email/email code within six-eight weeks after the conclusion of winner verification. Winners of Weekly Prizes that are valued at under $600 will be notified via email or mail within 6-8 weeks after winner selection. Entrants are responsible for providing Sponsor with a valid email address and should monitor that email address on a regular basis to determine if they are a winner in this Sweepstakes. Sponsor is not responsible for any invalid email addresses provided to Sponsor and/or a potential winner’s failure to check his or her email notifications (if any). No transfer, substitution or cash equivalent for prize will be permitted, except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor for any reason and, in such circumstance, an alternate prize of equal value will be awarded and the Sponsor’s obligation to the winners will be fulfilled, and no other additional compensation will be provided. All prizes are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. No responsibility or liability is assumed for damages, losses or injury resulting from acceptance or use of the prize. Acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for the Sponsor and its agencies to use winners’ names and/or likenesses for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
If any potential winner cannot be contacted, if any prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, if any potential winner rejects his/her prize or in the event of noncompliance with these Promotion rules and requirements, such prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected. Upon prize forfeiture, no compensation will be given. For any ticket prizes, seat assignments are Sponsor-specified and prize must be used on date specified.
Weekly Prize Trip/Experiential Notification/Notification for Winners of any prizes valued at $600 or more: Any potential Weekly Trip Prize winners (the “Weekly Trip Prize”), Weekly Experiential Prize winner (the “Weekly Experiential Prize”), or any winners of prizes valued at $600 or more will be required to sign and return, via email/email link, an Affidavit or Declaration of Eligibility, Liability Release, Assignment of Rights and Publicity Release (except where prohibited by law), within forty-eight (48) hours (including weekends) or the timeframe specified at time of notification attempt or the prize will be forfeited and an alternate prize winner may be selected. Federal, state and local taxes incurred in connection with the receipt or use of the prize are solely the responsibility of those winners. A 1099 tax statement will be filed with the IRS for the actual total value of the prizes. These winners will receive a 1099 form in the mail, to be processed in the year in which he or she receives the prize. No cash redemption of prize, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion.
Each Weekly Trip Prize winner’s travel companion or each Weekly Experiential Prize winner’s guest must be 18 years of age or older at time of travel/prize usage and a legal resident of the 50 U.S./D.C. (referred to as “travel companion” or “guest”). Travel companions/guests will be required to execute a release of liability via email/email link within forty-eight (48) hours (including weekends) or the timeframe specified at time of notification prior to travel. Weekly Trip and Experiential Prizes, must be taken on Sponsor-specified date(s) or prize will be forfeited. Dates are subject to change and certain additional restrictions may apply. Airline tickets for any Weekly Trip Prize are for travel from major airport in the 50 United States or, D.C., nearest winner’s home to Sponsor-specified location. Actual retail value of each Weekly Trip Prize is dependent upon airport of departure. Airline carrier's regulations and conditions apply. The Weekly Trip Prizes may not be combined with any other offer and travel may not qualify for frequent flyer miles. Each Weekly Trip Prize winner and his/her corresponding travel companion must travel together on the same itinerary. In the event a Weekly Trip Prizewinner lives within 150 miles of the destination, Weekly Trip Prize winner will receive ground transportation in lieu of air transportation and no additional compensation will be provided. Weekly Experiential Prizes do not include air transportation or accommodations. All other expenses and costs, not expressly listed above, including, but not limited to, airline baggage fees, taxes, tips, entertainment, transfers, and transportation to airport to and from the winner’s home residence are the winner’s sole responsibility. Weekly Trip Prize winners will be required to provide a valid major credit card or some other acceptable form of payment, as determined in the hotel’s sole discretion upon hotel check-in and all in-room charges, telephone calls, meals, beverages, hotel upgrades, amenities, personal incidentals and any other expenses charged to the winner’s hotel room will be charged to that major valid credit card. Sponsor is not responsible for any fees or additional charges resulting from a winner’s or travel companion’s change to itinerary or accommodations. Accommodations are subject to availability. No refunds or credit for changes are allowed. If, as applicable, a Weekly Trip Prize winner does not meet rental car requisites/requirements that portion of the prize will not be awarded and no additional compensation will be provided. Car must be returned with a full tank of gas. Weekly Trip Prize winner and their travel companion must have valid travel documents prior to departure (i.e., REAL ID, passport or other TSA-approved ID; visit www.tsa.gov for a list of TSA-approved IDs). All Weekly Trip Prize winners, Experiential Prize winners, and their travel companions and guests must agree to follow any applicable COVID protocols that may be in place at time of prize use. Experiential Prize winners must use their prizes on dates specified or prize may be forfeited. Seat assignments are Sponsor-specified. Specific game/venue will be provided to winner at time of prize award, as applicable. In the event a Weekly Trip or Experiential Prize winner or his/her travel companion/guest engages in behavior that (as determined by Sponsor in Sponsor’s sole discretion) is inappropriate or threatening, illegal or that is intended to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person, Sponsor reserves the right to eject them from any event (or send them home from trip), in whole or in part, with no further compensation to the winner.
Sponsor reserves the right to conduct a background check on any of the Weekly Trip or Experiential Prize winners and their travel companions/guests and reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any winner (or travel companion/guest may not be able to accompany winner) based on the results of such background check(s), if Sponsor determines in its sole discretion that awarding a prize to such winner or his or her travel companion/guest might reflect negatively on Sponsor. Factors that would result in disqualification as a winner or his/her travel companion/guest include, without limitation, any winner or travel companion/guest having been convicted of a felony or misdemeanor, or being delinquent on a government ordered payment, such as child support, spousal support, alimony, tax payments, etc. In the event a winner or their travel companion/guest engages in behavior that (as determined by Sponsor in Sponsor’s sole discretion) is inappropriate or threatening, illegal or that is intended to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person, Sponsor reserves the right to terminate the trip early (or eject them from the event, if applicable), in whole or in part, and send the winner and travel companion/guest home with no further compensation to the winner.
Sponsor is not responsible if any prize cannot be awarded due to travel cancellations, event cancellations, delays or interruptions due to acts of God, acts of war, natural disasters, weather, epidemics, pandemics or acts of terrorism. Sponsor is not responsible for postponement or cancellation of trip/events.
General Rules: By participating in the Promotion, Entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor and Administrator. In the event there is a discrepancy or inconsistency between disclosures or other statements contained in any Promotion materials and the terms and conditions of the Official Rules, the Official Rules shall prevail, govern and control. Entries become the property of the Sponsor. Released Parties (defined below) are not responsible for technical, hardware, software or telephone malfunctions of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incorrect, incomplete, inaccurate, garbled or delayed electronic communications caused by the user or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Website or the Promotion or by any human error which may occur in the processing of the Entries in the Promotion or for any liability for damage to any computer system resulting from participation in, accessing or downloading information in connection with the Website or Promotion. In the event of a dispute as to any Entry, the authorized account holder of the email address used to enter will be deemed to be the Entrant. “Authorized account holder” of an email address is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an email address by an Internet Access provider, on-line service provider, or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address. Sponsor, and/or Administrator (as identified in these Official Rules) are not responsible for the failure of any email or Entry to be received by Sponsor/Administrator on account of technical problems or congestion on the internet or at any website. The Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual that tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Promotion or Website; violates the Official Rules; or acts in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. Any attempt by any person to undermine the legitimate operation of the Promotion or Website may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Sponsor's failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. If, for any reason, the Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, epidemics, pandemics, or any other causes beyond the control of the Sponsor which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Promotion or Website/app, then the Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel the Promotion and select the winners in random drawings from among all eligible Entries received for each drawing (as detailed above) prior to cancellation. By entering the Promotion, you hereby represent and warrant that you have read these Official Rules and are fully familiar with its contents.
Release and Limitations of Liability: By participating in the Promotion, the Entrant and winners agree that Sponsor, Administrator, the Promotion Entities and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliated companies, agents, retailers, advertising and Promotion agencies, Ilitch Holdings, Inc., and all of their respective shareholders, officers, directors, employees and assigns, members, representatives and agents (the “Released Parties”), will have no liability whatsoever for, and will be held harmless by Entrant for any liability for any bodily injury, loss, cost or damages of any kind to persons, including death and property, damages sustained due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from Entry creation, the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of the prize or parts thereof, if applicable or participation in the Promotion or participation in any Promotion or related activity. Entrants further agree that in any cause of action, the Released Parties’ liability will be limited to the cost of entering and participating in the Promotion, and in no event shall the Released Parties be liable for attorneys’ fees. Entrants waive the right to claim any damages whatsoever, including, but not limited to, punitive, consequential, direct, or indirect damages. Disputes: Entrants/winners agree that: (a) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Promotion, or the prizes awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and solely and exclusively in a federal or state court located in the state of Michigan; Entrants/winners submit to sole and exclusive personal jurisdiction to said courts in the State of Michigan for any such dispute and irrevocably waives any and all rights to object to such jurisdiction; (b) any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out of pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Promotion but in no event attorneys' fees; and (c) under no circumstances will entrants/winners be permitted to obtain awards for and entrants/winners hereby waive all rights to claim punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased.
